Festival 2007 is Done!
The 7th annual Central NC Pagan Pride Day Festival is done and, with over 900 attendees and 774 lbs of food donated for the NC State Food Bank, it sure was a lot of fun. So, thanks to all who attended, vended, entertained and supported this years event! Be sure to read the letter from Brian, this year's local coordinator, check out the photo slideshow, and read about the article in the News & Observer. And mark your calendar to come back and visit us on September 20th, 2008 for the 8th Annual Central NC Pagan Pride Day Festival! Oh, and don't forget, there are a few more festivals left in NC this year, so check the listings at the bottom of this page.
Think you might want to be part of next year's event? Or maybe you have some suggestions on how to make next year even better? Email Michelle or come to our first planning meeting on October 7th, 2007 at 2pm at Gaia's Gardens. Call 1-800-979-4423 to get details.
A note from the webmaster: If you have pictures or comments you would like to share, send them to me and I will try to include them here on the site. As far as photos, I am especially interested in the bands, walking the labyrinth, the opening ritual and closing ritual. As far as comments, send both the good and the bad. For both photos and comments, please indicate how you would like them attributed.
